The piece was made for the death anniversary for Governor Salman Taseer who was assaninated early 2011 for criticizing the draconian blasphemy law of Dictator Zia-ul-haq. It puts minorities, such as christians and ahmadis, at risk who are convicted but may actually be part of a petty feud or land ownership dispute.
