An object that doesn’t belong in an otherwise blissful context begins to raise issues of innocence and vulgarity at the same time, an imported culture, a displaced peace, a cancer growing, an encroachment.
The jumping castle, a child’s play thing, is transformed into an ornate symphony of imported aesthetic that lures and invites into intolerance and territorialism. The lightweight device is transported to various locations to bring light to germinating injustices. The heavy and cumbersome sculpture presented, takes off from where the jumping castle leaves a momentary mark on the photographed encroachments.

The central chamber of the temple is used as a living space of a family. The tv sits in the niche where an idol once sat. Several temples were vandalized and taken over as homes at the time of the partition.
